Care plan: C$199 a year (C$19 a month), every package. Your domain renewal, hosting, SSL security certificate, backups and up to 30 minutes of edits each month (new photos, prices, hours). Business email at your domain (you@yourbusiness.ca): C$5 per mailbox per month. Extra changes: C$60 an hour. Prices in Canadian dollars, plus HST.

Questions

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your business's name and the site's files are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.

What does the C$199 a year cover?

Your domain renewal (.ca or .com), hosting, the SSL certificate that shows the padlock, backups, and up to 30 minutes of small edits each month such as new photos, prices or opening hours. Larger changes are C$60 an hour, quoted first.

How fast is it?

Starter sites usually go live within a week of your plan being approved, Business sites within two weeks, depending on how quickly we get your photos and wording. Tell us your date in the form.

Do I need to write the text?

No. Tell us about your business and we write it with you; you approve every word before it goes live.

Will people find it on Google?

Every site is built to load fast on phones, with the page titles, descriptions, map listing and business details search engines and AI assistants read. Starter includes setting up your Google Business Profile.

Can I get email at my domain?

Yes: you@yourbusiness.ca at C$5 per mailbox per month, set up on your phone and computer.

How do I pay?

By card or bank transfer: 50% when you approve the plan, the rest when the site goes live, then the care plan yearly. Prices are in Canadian dollars plus HST.
