Refund policy
When you get your money back
Refunds are automatic and immediate, within 10 days of a payment (for a plan, within 10 days of the latest renewal), when one of these applies:
- Not used: Nothing from this purchase has been used. For a plan: nothing since the latest payment.
- Charged twice: You paid twice for the same product. We refund the payment you have not used.
Every page of your file is converted and scored, free, before you spend a conversion, so a purchase that has been used does not qualify. If a file you received is broken, write to [email protected] with the file and it will be fixed, or refunded if it cannot be.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded purchase stops working, and a refunded plan ends at once so nothing more is charged.
