Publisher's mail merge and catalog merge, without Publisher
Microsoft ended Publisher on October 13, 2026. Parish offices, schools and clubs used it for address labels, name badges, membership cards and directories. Merge Studio does those jobs in your browser: bring your list as a CSV or Excel file, pick the label stock, type what goes on each label, and print.
- Labels: Avery 5160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164, 5167 and A4 L7160, L7162, L7163.
- Badges and cards: 4 x 3 in name badges (5392), business cards (8371), postcards (8387).
- Letters and certificates: one record per page.
- Directories: every record flowing down two or more columns, with a heading.
Private by design
Your list is read and merged on your own device. It is never uploaded to us.
Pricing
Free for every merge, with a small footer line on each sheet. C$12 a month or C$120 a year removes the footer and saves your jobs. Cancel any time; a payment is refunded within 10 days if the plan was not used since. Converting old .pub files themselves? Use Pub Rescue.
