Receive: supplier invoices into your Shopify stock
Photograph or upload a supplier invoice. Every line is read, checked, matched to your products and costed, ready to import into Shopify.
1. Your invoice
A PDF, a phone photo, or the supplier's CSV or Excel file.
2. Your products (optional)
To match lines to your store, export your products from Shopify (Products > Export > CSV) and add the file here. It stays in this browser until you export.
Why this exists
Shopify shut down Stocky on August 31, 2026. Receiving supplier invoices now means typing every line into a purchase order and working out average cost in a spreadsheet. Receive reads the invoice, checks the arithmetic, matches each line to your products by SKU, barcode, a code you taught it, or the product name, spreads freight over the lines, and gives you the files to import.
What you get
- po_lines.csv: SKU, barcode, quantity and landed cost for the Import button on a Shopify purchase order.
- cost_updates.csv: the new cost per item as a weighted average: (on hand x old cost + received x new cost) / total units.
- invoice_lines.csv: every line with its check, for your books.
Nothing is written to your store by us: you import the files yourself after checking them.
Prices
