Rescue your InfoPath forms and SharePoint workflows

InfoPath and SharePoint 2013 workflows are retired, with no migration tool. Find out what each form and workflow does, get a fixed price per form, and keep every submitted form readable.

1. Check an InfoPath form (free)

Upload the form template (.xsn). You get its fields, views, rules, data connections and code, a complexity rating and a fixed price for its migration kit.

3. Size your SharePoint 2013 workflows (free)

Upload workflows.csv from the Microsoft 365 Assessment tool (or the older Modernization Scanner report): see which workflows still run, how well each maps to Power Automate, and what the rebuild costs.

Why now

Microsoft retired SharePoint 2013 workflows on April 2, 2026 and InfoPath Forms Services in Microsoft 365 on July 14, 2026, and says there is no migration tool. Forms stop opening and approval processes stop running. Form Rescue tells you exactly what each form and workflow does, gives you a fixed price per form, and keeps your submitted forms readable.
