Form templates, filled forms and workflow reports you upload are stored on our server in Canada only to analyse them and produce your downloads, and are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Filled forms can contain personal information about the people who submitted them; we do not read, share or reuse them. We keep a hashed form of your network address for rate limits, and, if you buy, the Stripe checkout reference. Stripe processes payments. Contact our privacy officer at [email protected] to access or delete information, or complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
