Why there is no maker for this one: In India the photo of anyone aged 4 or older is taken at the Passport Seva Kendra; abroad, missions ask for a 630 x 810 px upload with the face filling 80% to 85% of the photo. No head size in millimetres is published, so this tool does not make this photo.
