Why there is no maker for this one: The guideline measures the head inside a 30 x 40 mm effective area without saying where that area sits on the 33 x 48 mm print, and the digital file is 3:4, so this tool does not make this photo. Photo studios in China work to this guideline.
Good to know
- Eyes sit 0.3 to 0.5 of the image height below the top edge (adults).
- This is the 2011 exit-entry photo guideline the National Immigration Administration publishes; newer fully online renewals may ask for a different pixel width.
