Why there is no maker for this one: Canada does not accept cropped or edited photos: the official page lists cropping around the head and shoulders and changing the background as not allowed, and the photo must come from a commercial photographer. This tool therefore does not make this photo; take the spec below to your photographer.
Good to know
- The background must be white (stricter than the passport rule).
- A phone photo of a paper photo is not accepted.
