1 · CAN AI ASSISTANTS REACH YOU?
We read your robots.txt and work out, agent by agent, whether it
is allowed to crawl you: GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot,
Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Perplexity-User, Google-Extended,
Googlebot, Bingbot, Applebot-Extended, CCBot and
meta-externalagent. An assistant cannot cite a page it is
forbidden to fetch, and this is the single most common reason a business is
invisible to one. It is also the kind of thing a developer changes on a Tuesday
and nobody notices for a year.
2 · CAN THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY READ?
Whether your homepage carries structured data (JSON-LD) and of what type,
whether you have an llms.txt, and whether your title, meta
description and H1 are present. These are what an assistant uses to work out
what your business is and whether it answers the question being asked.
3 · ARE YOU SHOWING UP FOR WHAT YOUR BUYERS TYPE?
You give us the searches your customers actually use. We run each one and record whether your site appears on page one — and, when it does not, which businesses appeared instead. One engine, one day, page one. We say exactly that in the report, because it is a monthly sample and not a ranking guarantee.
4 · WHAT CHANGED SINCE LAST MONTH
The part a one-time audit cannot give you. An agent that was allowed and is now blocked. A search you used to appear in and no longer do. A competitor who arrived. This is why it is a subscription and not a report.
WHAT WE DO NOT CLAIM
We do not have a private window into ChatGPT's or Claude's ranking, and neither does anyone who tells you otherwise. Every line in your report is something we observed on your site or in public search results on the date shown. Where a check could not be completed — your server was down, a search returned nothing we could read — the report says “not checked this month” rather than turning our failure into a finding about your business.
